Estamos de Volta!!!
Depois desta época de férias, está na altura de retomar o trabalho, assim é com prazer que entramos oficialmente na época 2008/2009!
Tal como tinha sido informado no churrasco de encerramento de época, começaremos esta época com o estágio de preparação, que decorrerá em Sevilha!

Está assim acordado um inicio de época muito animado.
Para preparar o corpo, começamos oficialmente a treinar 3ª Feira dia 16 de Setembro, mas é bom começarem a mexer. Sei de vários jogadores que entrarão nesta época já em grande forma!!!
Este ano vamos consolidar tudo o que treinámos o ano passado, mas a executar mais depressa e durante mais tempo. Por isso é bom que se preparem. O numero de jogadores disponiveis este ano é bem maior!
Para começar em grande precisamos de confirmações para a fantástica digressão a SEVILHA dia 26/27/28 Setembro. Ficaremos hospedados na fantástica Residencia de Desportistas de La Cartuja.
